Our sidewalks are avenues of canine connections. Many Moorings neighbors become acquainted and even friends over the course of daily walks with their four-legged family members. Some of these neighborly dogs have earned spotlights for their sparkling personalities, their well groomed coats or their expansive wardrobe.

It is also true that some have earned the ire of homeowners who find unwanted organics on their lawns. While dogs will answer the call of nature whenever and wherever it happens, it is the responsibility of the dogs’ owners to clean up its droppings.

While this consideration seems obvious and most pet owners happily comply, consider this a friendly reminder to those who do not.
