The HOA board does its best to collect HOA dues during the 1st quarter of each calendar year. Homeowners can pay by check (addressed to Moorings HOA or Moorings Association, Inc. or by using the secure payment portal on this website.

In order to fund ongoing grounds upkeep, equipment maintenance, community advocacy and engagement, and covenants enforcement; each homeowner is requested to pay a non-compulsory fee of $100 each year. Covenant enforcement in particular requires healthy financial reserves to litigate persistent rule violations.
